It could have been quicker but overall satisfying
I have mended my orginal review as subsequently I received an adequate support and I have to say that tubings progressed well and smoothly. It’s a shame I had to chase through trustpilot, but at the end things went well. So I am happy overall for the service received. Below my original review: I’m growing frustrated with my case. It is now over 2 months since we started the process for a remortgage. (Which for their own admission it should be straightforward and quick). I don’t get response from my assigned conveyancer to my emails and when I call her on the phone she doesn’t pick up and doesn’t return my call despite me leaving a voicemail. I am at risk of jeopardising the whole transaction as the expiration date of the mortgage offer and other papers is approaching. Adding additional stress. I have given 2 stars as I hope this is going to get resolved before it’s too late. Happy to upgrade it if sorted or to downgrade it if not.
