Great Experience

I wanted to write a review to give a big shout out to Ryan MacCallum. I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID

We initially used my home move for buying our first property. At the time they were HORRENDOUS, genuinely can’t put into words how bad the experience was. Coming to sell this property now we obviously decided to go with a different firm, our solicitor zaynab had not provided us with 4 documents that we legally should have had for the sale to go through, my solicitor has been trying for 2 MONTHS to get in contact with zaynab, she refuses to answer any emails and is just ignoring any communication we sent, as she obviously knows she has done wrong.
