Great Experience

I wanted to write a review to give a big shout out to Ryan MacCallum. I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

Being inexperienced with conveyancers…

Being inexperienced with conveyancers as opposed to traditional solicitors, I phoned for a chat to get some reassurance and Daniel was very thorough, explaining the process, and answering my questions very well. Having accepted their quotation, I later found that my file had been duplicated on their system in error. So I called again and spoke with Arti who understood the issue and undertook to sort it out. Within an hour she called me back to confirm all was well. I'm very happy with the responses I have received thus far, and trust that this will continue to completion!

Appointed Conveyancer

Dan Atkins made it a very easy process. Once a quote had been received, it was extremely easy to contact him and discuss the exact requirements. An introduction email from the dedicated conveyancer was received within the hour which enabled the process to begin and for the property to move to Sold Subject to Contract and removed from the market by the estate agent. If the rest of the process is so efficient I will be very happy.

Brilliant customer service

I have spoken to Sean this afternoon (17/01/25). I am very pleased with the service that I have had from the this department. When speaking to Sean I found him to be very helpful always seamed that he had a smile in his voice and very polite and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for him if I wasn’t sure of something he took his time to explain to me.
