I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

Due to the new security measures in place, I was locked out of my portal and urgently needed to access my file and documents. I spoke with Tom Elliott and he raised a case to get me access, due to a tech issue this took a few days, but Tom was on top of it and gave me fabulous customer care to resolve it - he went above and beyond and I'm incredibly grateful.
Becky was quick to respond to my initial enquiry about adding my husband to my house deeds. She was extremely efficient at explaining the process, assigned us a caseworker and replied to emails very quickly when I had questions. Cannot recommend her highly enough, thank you!
