Fabulous customer care from Tom
Due to the new security measures in place, I was locked out of my portal and urgently needed to access my file and documents. I spoke with Tom Elliott and he raised a case to get me access, due to a tech issue this took a few days, but Tom was on top of it and gave me fabulous customer care to resolve it - he went above and beyond and I'm incredibly grateful.
