The customer service employee was helpful and patient throughout and she was able to fix the problem I had which I thought was going to be unsolvable. While initially there was a slow response time, progress was quickly made and I gathered a bit of insight along the way. Helped ease a lot of frustration I had at first when running into the issue.

Bonjour ayant des problèmes financiers et ne pouvant avoir de carte bleue j ai acheté une prépayée Mastercard d un montant de 50 euros et j attends toujours le code opt pour pouvoir l activer.
