Absolutely no customer service. No replies to complaints. Once money received no care given. Rooms and hotels were not satisfactory. Always an excuse. Will not recommend or use again. We had a party of 30 pay and half of us had bad experiences.

This is the second time I have used MyCruises and both times it has been a seamless process from initial contact to going on holiday. Nothing has been a problem and all enquiries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. A big shout out this time to my consultant Laetisha B who was such fun to deal with. She made me aware of all my options but wasn't pushy to upgrade. Best of all, her bubbly and engaging manner brightened an old lady's day on a cold, wet and miserable Adelaide day. I can't recommend Laetisha or MyCruises highly enough!
