Do not use Mytrip.com! I booked flight tickets for my mother and had to pay 1 Euro to get the boarding pass which was a hoax as I never got the boarding pass from them and realised I could get it for free with the airline. However when paying the one Euro they hustled me, (probably with some small print T&C) and now charged me with a 3 month subscription of EUR 79 to receive offers from them. I never accepted this and would never accept an EUR 79 subscription to receive offers every 3 months. This is clearly a way to hustle their customers! Stay away from them!

Al intentar hacer el check in vi que me querían cobrar 1€ por hacerlo, me pareció raro pero lo pagué. Ahora resulta que me cobraron a mi trarjeta 79€ más por una supuesta suscripción que acepté al pagar ese euro. Claramente en la pagina no decia ni se mostraba nada de eso. Reclamé y cancelé esa suscripción antes de los 14 días y no me quieren hacer el reembolso. Son unos chantas ladrones, NO COMPREN POR ACÁ

Did not inform me this was a quarterly subscription- took £75 from bank, no way to cancel on app, which actually said I was not a subscribed member, or website. Took 3 emails. Service was also awful, paid for check in but they said I had to go to check in desk at airport, which defeats the purpose of online check in! Refuse refund Definitely Would NOT recommend my trip online to anyone.

Customer service is great

Using my-trip-online.com was so simple to navigate and therefore it was an easy way to book my fast track at larnica airport
