Did not inform me this was a subscription.
Did not inform me this was a quarterly subscription- took £75 from bank, no way to cancel on app, which actually said I was not a subscribed member, or website. Took 3 emails. Service was also awful, paid for check in but they said I had to go to check in desk at airport, which defeats the purpose of online check in! Refuse refund Definitely Would NOT recommend my trip online to anyone.
