I was charged by MyTrip for a subscription I never authorised or knowingly signed up for. At no point I agree to any recurring payment or subscription service. I contacted their customer support immediately, but they have been completely unresponsive and have refused to return the money. This kind of practice is misleading and unacceptable. Avoid using MyTrip. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect help — you’ll be ignored and left out of pocket. I strongly advise others to book elsewhere.
Their BIG HUGE writing on their website make you think you are checking in with the airline you are flying with. Now cant get my board pass until 24 hours before i fly. And i can no longer check in directly with the airtline
