Unauthorised Charge – No Response or Refund
I was charged by MyTrip for a subscription I never authorised or knowingly signed up for. At no point I agree to any recurring payment or subscription service. I contacted their customer support immediately, but they have been completely unresponsive and have refused to return the money. This kind of practice is misleading and unacceptable. Avoid using MyTrip. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect help — you’ll be ignored and left out of pocket. I strongly advise others to book elsewhere.
