Ho acquistato dei biglietti per il museo louvre per un totale di 84.00 euro mai rimborsati. Fra l altro biglietti che prima mi hanno fatto acquistare e pagare e solo dopo mi hanno riferito non erano più disponibili per quella data. Inoltre mi è stato attivato un abbonamento di 79 euro a mia insaputa e non si capisce come fare per annularlo, qualcuno mi può aiutare? Non fidatevi assolutamente.

I got charged 68£ from this website after paying 1£ to check in into a flight . It automatically signs you up into a ghost subscription for a free monthly subscription which I never signed up for . After this scam my card was blocked and had to order a new card . Ruined my holiday. Avoid at any cost , zero stars not even 1
Fiddly and slow
Avoid this scam scam company! I bought two fast track security passes for Gatwick airport when I arrived there and there were large queues in the regular lane. The confirmation email didn't arrive for 10 minutes, which made it conter productive to use. I ended up not using fast track security, so I paid for a service I was unable to use. I appealed to the company by email to refund the cost due to their delay. The refused to do so saying I had used the voucher. This was a blatant lie!!! I then recieved a £79 charge from this business. Apparently at some point they'd signed me up for a subscription. I do not want this useless, over priced service and have so far been refused a refund fro them. I'm currently appealing their refusal and taking it up with my bank. Ultimately, this business is scamming people. Be aware and avoid!
