J’ai réservé pour une visite suite à ma…
J’ai réservé pour une visite suite à ma recherche via Google qui me mettait m’y trip online parmis les différents sites de réservation. J’ai souvent précédé comme ça sans aucun soucis. La 28€ de billets et surprise 3h après je reçois un mail m’indiquant que la date et l’heure choisie ne sont plus disponibles. Je demande un remboursement. C’est ok et 3 jours plus tard prélèvement de 79€ je n’ai aucun mail concernant cet abonnement. Je vais engager des démarches mais malheureusement ça reste souvent impuni !
