That was easy experience to use.

They stole $100 from my credit card without authorization. Never sign up in a free trial. Never suscribed myself to any of its services. Why paying them if I can do the check in's of my flight by myself and for FREE through the airlines apps??? Makes no sence! Contacted customer service and said they cant do nothing after 40 minutes waiting for an answer. Big time scam!!! This website should be closed and the company sue for steeling from people. Its not fair... Be carefull people dont use this scam site. I click by mistake and suddenly got notified of the charges by my credit card company.

Where is my refund for order number 1068-368-292 ??? I have been waiting two months and your call centre is useless. They simply refer you back to the website which states your refund is pending and has done since two months. The call centre also cannot put you into a manager. The staff often don’t speak fluent English . They owe me over £300 since my flight was cancelled literally a day before flying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID .

No te da opción a enterarte de mucho porque está todo en inglés , y te cobran antes de darte la fecha para acudir al evento, a mi me daban la entrada para el 2 de julio y el 30 de junio ya no estaba en Paris..como voy a ir el 2 de julio al museo? Mi banco rechazó el cobro y aun así me lo han descontado , voy a poner una denuncia inmediatamente, totalmente desaconsejable esta página.
