After self-managing my portfolio for many years I am now too old to deal with all the hassle. As Mundys have given excellent service when selling property for me and finding tenants I decided to bite the bullet and get a quote for management. I am SO pleased I did. My fears of a reduced income because of fees were countered by the increased rents negotiated with tenants. Mundys have been utterly reliable, helpful and professional throughout, fair to me and my tenants. I wish I had done it years ago. A big 'Thank You' to Hymie and all the team, you are all wonderful.
The service provided was prompt and responsive. I was kept in the loop at all times and found the staff very friendly and approachable and we're always happy to deal with any queries I may have had. There was always somebody readily available at the end of the telephone if and when I needed to call. Overall a great service.

We have lived in a house for 5 years which was managed by Mundys and during that time there have been several maintenance issues which have been dealt with very promptly so inconvenience was at a minimum. We have now left to buy our own house and John Mulhall was responsible for the inspection and the return of our deposit and he was so helpful throughout, keeping us informed and chasing up the landlord to reply and guiding us through the Deposit Protection Service procedure to enable us to receive the refund. We are very grateful to John for all his help.

Amazing! We have just finished the process of selling - and moving - my 86 year old mother. From professional valuation - not hyperactive sales person - who actually looked at the outside space not just the number of bedrooms, to the photographer and brochure the start was brilliant. But it’s what came next that has blown me away. Lorraine and Claire you are special people. Yes, you have a job to do but you cared! You understood she was old and she’d been there 52 years. You understood it was hard sometimes. You were patient but still got the job done when it needed doing. Can’t fault anyone at Mundy’s Lincoln, as I know you looked after our buyer too. You are very good at what you do! Thank you!!! Would recommend you to anyone ( as some old friends recommended you to me!)

Mundys have been brilliant at managing my property. So thorough and fair with landlord and tenant. I'm always notified straight away if the tenant has any issues and they are quick to sort contractors to fix these. Also, recently i had a tenant move out and we needed to claim for cleaning. Jack from Mundys made the deposit return process smooth and straightforward. Thank you!
