I appreciate the subtitles in English!!!

The quality of the videos is very good! And there is a choice of servers to connect to.

I have subscribed to this service for eighteen months and viewed multiple series. Each has many, long episodes. There are so many great stories to tell and much history to learn. I live in the US and do not speak Turkish. All the episodes have Eng;ish subtitles. There are usually 3-4 different servers available. If one doesn't work in your area, another will. Ar first. I had questions about how do do certain things. I emailed the company and always got a precise, helpful response within ten minutes. The company has outstanding public relations. I gladly give it 5 stars and plan to add another year contract. I've canceled all my other streaming sevices and solely watch MultiPointTV,.

Excellent programming

English Translation is poor especially the religious language. plus it’s too fast or too slow!

The picture is great. It's clear and the cc is easy to read.

My one complaint is that I couldn't get closed caption. No subtitle

In too many occasions the movie stops and i have to swith to a different provider.

I have been ordering Turkish TV, television shows and movies from this company for several years now. The customer service is superior. The product is superior. It's the only thing that I watch anymore. When I first started, I had questions. When I emailed them, I got a response immediately.

After making payment and getting charged it take 3 days to watch any show. This is ridicules. I ended up signing up other streaming platform instead of waiting. Just waisted ten dollars. Will not come back to this platform. You can keep my money. I’m not watching anything

Comments dont get answered by moderators promptly i have been waiting 3 days currently sometimes its a week sometimes not at all. The English subtitle translation is really bad a lot of the time and other times video and audio are not in sinc by a few frames making it unwatchable

I love watching the shows on Mulipoint. I understand a decent amount of Turkish so I feel their translation is on point. I’ve been a member for years and have recommended them to many. Very happy customer!! 😊

MultiPoint TV is not so great website for movies but despite all the bad reviews It still is a site with a great feedback system. The crew members respond really fast if you have some issues surfing on the website. But the movies` quality is not so good so my opinion is 3/5.

They have all of the shows plus the ones you cant find online through other sites. Excellent closed caption. They respond to emails fast. I use MultiPoint every day. Highly recommend

First let me say I am a Muslim. Great to watch a movie without gratuitous sexual scenes. Instead, a good viewing and depiction of upright women. This was important to me. nowhere else on the internet is this happening.

Much quicker to process payment and resume streaming. Usually takes several hours up to an entire day. Thx

I paid for a 1/2 year subscription and still can't get into the site. every time I try the notice to buy membership comes up. are you still in business or am I doing something wrong . I have subscribed to your site for years now. let me know

Great site easy to use and your administrative staff that I ready out especially after I make a payment is very professional & responsive but one thing once payment is made we should have immediate access y’all need better processing system for payments
