MultiPoint TV Reviews

Multipoint TV is quick to respond courteously if there is an issue that needs attention and they endeavor to resolve the problem. It would be better for the viewer if there were not so many lapses in the subtitles for eg not corresponding to the content, out of context, or no subtitles at all. Although this has improved and there are alternative servers in some episodes, it is still a problem that needs addressing. It would be nice too if there were more programmes to choose from.

Fast and good deal

There always seems to be a problem of some kind either freezing every few minutes, video and audio not in sinc frequently. The translation to English is very poor and a lot of the time half of it isn't even translated.

Terrific service. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

If want comment there's lot to comment but l don't want it

They are very good at what they do. There is missing dialogue sometimes. I can figure out what’s going on but it would be better to understand it. Overall, I’ve been very happy with them over the years. 😊

Long time member.Excelent

I like the quality of the stream, however some shows recently do not have english subtitles, which is the whole reason I pay.

1. Streaming not smooth 2. Subtitles are most of the time off 3. After many years, not much improvement

Filled my order promptly. I have no problem watching any series I want. There are plenty of servers to use.
