Great service!
I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Great service and the router worked a…
Great service and the router worked a treat! Bridged the gap between moving in and the 12 month broadband contract starting. They were also fab regarding its return when the return envelope accidentally went in the bin. All sorted and £50 deposit about to be returned.

Weak security
It seems the router I rented has a weaker security. Norton warned many times to secure the connection using VPN. And also the power cable was dodgy. I had to make it in a specific angle to give power. Speed was acceptable but prob I will not use it anymore.

Stay away from this company the staff…
Stay away from this company the staff have the worst attitude I have ever known after explaining to them I am paramedic responding from home so requesting to extend my hire was told I can’t use it for work and to send it back. No compassion or respect stay away if your family needs an ambulance this company will try and make sure we can’t send them

Excellent service and great idea
Excellent service and great idea. I was going to have to wait a week for my broadband to be installed so this saved the day. Coped well with various devices running on it. Quick to arrive and deposit was returned within a day of sending it back. Would recommend.
