Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

I had 3 week period between moving houses and this was incredibly easy - arrived on time, worked immediately and included a pre-paid return label. Would definitely recommend.

This service was great because I didn’t have to worry when I moved home. I had instant connection as soon as I plugged the device in and this was especially good because I run a business from home. It took all the stress away whilst I waited for my usual broadband to be installed which was 3 weeks. Excellent service, device arrived on the day I moved in.

What a saviour! Just what we needed as we were let down by broadband companies again and again. Allowed us to move into our new home immediately. Really impressive speeds and exceeded all expectations. We could work, stream shows and use it in multiple devices at same time. Extending the hire was never a hassle, refund of deposit was swift and easy. Thank you so much.

I think the company can advise customers better about the likelihood of getting decent speed wifi eg. like a postcode check for coverage. I was constantly getting on average 3-4 Mbp/s and reaching 5 Mbp/s only occasionally. If I had known that the coverage was poor, I wouldn't have purchased this. At least if I knew the provider was EE, then I could check the coverage myself. As it turns out, I got much better 4G signal from my mobile phone which in the end I was hotspotting through my phone. It felt like you are really taking a chance hoping your area has good mobile signal coverage.

Really good service- needed emergency WIFI- would have arrived on time had it not been for the postal strike but I was refunded for the day I didn’t have it. Good signal and it was nice not to have to worry about data limits. Easy to return too.
