Great service!
I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Extremely handy!
Extremely handy service for when youre moving house and waiting for broadband to be installed. Fast delivery, east setup, multiple devices can connect and can easily extend rental if needed.

Great service
Great service, I used this company twice recently and both times delivery was quick and all email enquiries were dealt with speedily. The Wi-Fi network was efficient…and I’m in Cornwall which is notorious for hit and miss Wi-Fi. I would use this company again

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Received the router very quickly and securely in the mail. It was easy to set up and started working immediately. I was able to easily extend my period when I needed to. Mail back instructions were clear. This service literally saved us after we’d just moved! I was able to work from home and we were able to do everything my husband I needed to. Only thing is the wifi was weaker at night time (after 10 pm).

2 stars is generous
I gave a 2 star just because it sometimes works on some devices but thats generous. There is no way to call their customer services to have a proper discussion, when the Internet works on my work laptop teams is very laggy and I'm unable to connect my TV to the Internet. Its pretty useless and considering the price I'd explore all other options first.

Update: The unit was rented under my spouse's name, Rhonda Fairweather and an inquiry was submitted Saturday afternoon. Similar to Holly’s review from Feb 8th, while their website indicates their routers are great for gaming and streaming, this is not the case. Our phones and tablets connect without issues, but it will not allow smart tv’s or our PS5 to access the internet. This appears to be an intentional setting on their part. We will be returning it ASAP, as using our phone’s as hotspots is a better option
