Update: The unit was rented under my spouse's name, Rhonda Fairweather and an inquiry was submitted Saturday afternoon. Similar to Holly’s review from Feb 8th, while their website indicates their routers are great for gaming and streaming, this is not the case. Our phones and tablets connect without issues, but it will not allow smart tv’s or our PS5 to access the internet. This appears to be an intentional setting on their part. We will be returning it ASAP, as using our phone’s as hotspots is a better option
