Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Reliable & strong internet connection, quick delivery and responsive customer service! My only comment would be you cannot extend for 1 or 2 days, it has to be a minimum of 3. Despite this, really happy with service! Thanks! :)

I moved house and the broadband couldn’t be fitted for 2 weeks. Not having internet wasn’t ideal as I work from home a lot plus have a teenager and a tween and lots of connected devices! I did a Google search for “how to get temporary internet with no broadband” and found moving Internet. I was very dubious at first and did the usual due diligence to search other reviews and suppliers etc and eventually decided to go with Moving Internet. The temporary router arrived promptly and well packaged with the WiFi name and code written on the device. What can I say? This is clearly some kind of wizardry!!! All I had to do was plug it into the mains socket, wait a couple of minutes for all the lights to activate and voila - we had internet!! And not patchy, weak internet but full internet! The router supported connections to mine and my children’s phones, 2 iPads, 2 laptops, 2 smart TV’s, a Philips hue bridge and the devices of our visitors who popped by. The connection was pretty consistent throughout the 2 weeks that we had it. There were only a couple of days that it dropped but I just rebooted it and it was back to full strength again. Returning it was easy at the end of the hire period and my deposit was returned super quickly. Everybody who came to my house was amazed by it as nobody else had heard of it either (I guess you wouldn’t unless you were in need of temporary Internet!). I rarely feel enthralled enough by a product or service to actually write a review but, honestly, this deserves one. I’m always very cautious about buying services from companies I’ve never used so wanted to add my genuine review to the others. If you’re moving house or just need temporary internet for a bit this is hassle free in every possible way, it was such a relief not to have that extra stress whilst moving. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this.

I had a previously good experience with this company but following ordering and receipt of our broadband, we received terrible signal (less than 1mbps at points somehow) and reported this within the first few days, having allowed for teething issues and the broadband to fully connect. On reporting this, bearing in mind we had not yet been able to actually use the wifi and had begun to spend on personal hotspots/data, we were told there was no other option for us, to return the box and we’d still be charged £30 for the time used. Unless absolutely certain that you will receive the 5G you require (note we couldn’t use any social media/streaming/work devices) then do not attempt this. I live in central London and they could not fulfil their service.

We had to wait two weeks to get the internet installed in our new home but we needed WIFI as we both work from home. The temporary internet was the perfect solution for us. It worked really well on our laptops and the TV but for some reason didn't work on our phones.
