Poor service
I had a previously good experience with this company but following ordering and receipt of our broadband, we received terrible signal (less than 1mbps at points somehow) and reported this within the first few days, having allowed for teething issues and the broadband to fully connect. On reporting this, bearing in mind we had not yet been able to actually use the wifi and had begun to spend on personal hotspots/data, we were told there was no other option for us, to return the box and we’d still be charged £30 for the time used. Unless absolutely certain that you will receive the 5G you require (note we couldn’t use any social media/streaming/work devices) then do not attempt this. I live in central London and they could not fulfil their service.
