I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Good as a temporary option
I was a little dubious to begin with. However, it really was as simple as described on their website. I placed the order. It was delivered the next day. Plugged it in and connected all our devices, and away we go. I will admit that it wasn't the fastest of Internet speeds but as a temporary fix for the kids to access emails and homework it was spot on. At the end of the contract, I packed it away with the return label and dropped it into a post office. A few days later the Β£50 deposit was back in my account.

Excellent service. 100% recommend
I received the router quickly and it worked As expected. My internet provider took a long time to connect me so I had to extend my router time - I did this easily. I sent the router back on time and received my Β£50 deposit back promptly. I am extremely impressed with this service and would recommend to anyone.

They don't work without 3G
These devices can be a life saver. However, be well aware of this: these mobile interet devices work off 3G/4G. So, you need mobile phone reception for them. If, like me, you live in an area of poor 3G reception then they DO NOT WORK. My box sat flashing for a week at a cost Β£50 and provided zero wifi. I knew I had poor phone reception where I live. I just wish that had been made clear to me before ordering it.

Temporary internet for house move
We needed some temporary internet because of moving house and it taking a couple of weeks from order to going live with our provider. I'm so glad this service is available because I run my business from my home office and didn't relish the thought of attempting video calls from my phone hotspot! We were able to watch our TV shows over streaming too - which while not a lot for the week we had it because of lots of unpacking, definitely helped my husband to relax. Very simple to order online, literally plug and play to get it working. Dead easy to send it back too.

This device was literally a lifesaverβ¦
This device was literally a lifesaver and provided seamless internet for the period we needed it for. We had to extend the hire period a couple off times which was easy to do. Handled many devices connected to it and never dropped out. Thoroughly recommend this for when moving home or for when you need wifi at any time.
