I got what I wanted. That's all I want from a website
I still didnt received my tickets to Hungary F1 Grand Prix, it 10 days left till race, when am I going to get them? Im really stressed if I wont get them. Also Im trying to contact by email bus still there is no answer. P.S. Everything is great, I've got my ticket today, one week before race. Can't wait to go there!

I have purchased F1 tickets from several brokers and these guys are THE WORST! Zero communication and follow through. I have had to contact via email (not an easy task as you can only email them through their website) every step of the way. First off they never sent a ticket confirmation and receipt. Situation finally became very stressful as I’m traveling from USA to Belgium for the race. It’s 9 days b4 race and still NO TICKETS from them (I was promised to receive 10 days prior to race). Every time I’ve had to contact them, it takes them several days to respond. 😡 DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to work and wonder where/if you will receive your tickets.
The booking process was straightforward and my follow-up questions have been answered in a polite and helpful manner. I do hope all is as expected when we attend the event.

i bought tickets last year (2024), i got a confirmation and a order number. they told me i get the ticket 4 to 6 week before the event. and now? no tickets, 3 weeks left, no answer from the help desk. no phone number to call. hands off!!

Lo que no me gusto, fue que tuve que investigar si el correo no estaba hackeado o era original, a su vez el tiempo de esperar los tickets es muy largo. Creo que apenas que uno los compra los deberiamos recibir.
