Bought tickets for the 2025 Hungarian F1 Grand Prix, clear and easy website to use, customer service were great and sorted all my query’s and questions quickly, tickets were sent to us 10 days before the event and had zero issues with them and the information they sent us about the race was extensive and helpful.

Most important thing abot these events is that tickets were valid. No problem accessing the track for the entire weekend. Additionally tickets emailed two weeks in advance. All we had to do is print them

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich zunächst skeptisch war. Schließlich überweise ich nicht mal eben nur 10,-. Ich habe für meinen Mann und mich Tickets für die F1 in Belgien (2025) gebucht. Die Bestätigung kam rasch. Es wurden stets meine Fragen auf Deutsch binnen zwei Tagen beantwortet. Alles geschah reibungslos. Die Tickets kamen digital ca. 10 Tage vor dem Rennwochenende an (Ich musste mich jedoch registrieren, um diese Tickets zu erhalten). Das Rennwochenende war fantastisch🙏🏼 Ich danke euch.

Perfekter Ablauf. Auf Nachfragen und Korrekturen wurde unkompliziert reagiert.

Easy to book and not overpriced except for the shipping and handling. Tickets should also be sent immediately upon purchase even if the event is still far ahead

Have just returned from a weekend at the Belgian Grand Prix 2025 and the tickets I purchased for the Gold 3, Eau Rouge Grandstand were incredible. In the mid section 6 rows from the front provided a once in a lifetime view that neither myself or my father will forget. Thankyou Motorsport tickets.

Heb nu zelfs een nieuwe review moeten plaatsen. Nog steeds geen geld teug! Al 5 jaar veder met dit bedrog Koop geen tickets bij motorsport tickets! Ze houden je aan het lijntje, kijk vooral bij de 1 sterren… telkens dezelfde reacties, maar in het echt krijg je geen reactie! Update: 29-07-2025 Zoals onderstaande reactie heb ik de origine mailing gestuurd. Dit is al tig keer gedaan afgelopen jaren maar ik kreeg niks anders dan deze reactie zoals onderstaande. Kind regards, Customer Service Team Update 30-07-2025 Ze hebben iedereen (heel veel gedupeerden) aan het lijntje gehouden met hun reacties, veel beloven, ook onder de naam van Motorsporttickets en dan blijkt dat ze de boel failliet hebben laten verklaren en daarna gewoon door zijn gegaan als nieuw bedrijf, gevestigd in de UK, dan hoeven ze zogezegd niemand meer te betalen. To the English division… Shame on you!

So far the transaction has been smooth in terms of purchase and email confirmation etc. clear and timely. Tickets will not appear for almost 11 months so let’s see how this develop nearer the time. I still struggle with paying such high prices and not been able to choose my seats from a seat map - not the fault of Motorsport Tickets and not isolated to Austria. Melbourne these days is similar (just choose a block and they spit out the row). Singapore similar. However Bahrain has glorious seat maps as did Sepang back in the day. F1 needs to get a grip on the ticketing process - it’s 2025 - fans should not have to pay such high prices for what is essentially a “mystery seat”.

Really quick and easy to book tickets. Always a bit nervous with this, but I used them for the same event last year and it was absolutely fine. Really good seats

Motorsport Tickets for Abu Dhabi Grand Prix VIP lounge were purchased on 26/1/15 for a substantial amount of money which was paid in full & immediately deducted from our bank account. However, we have never received any form of confirmation which has resulted in us not yet been able to book accommodation or make any travel arrangements. Concerns are that we will leave it too late to find suitable travel or accommodation. Biggest concern that you have had the funds since 26/1/25 & it's not been booked or not even legitimate. If no correspondence or contact is made I will be visiting the bank to see where our funds have actually gone & what action we can take. Would appreciate confirmation a.s.a.p. Finally, how I feel at the moment would rmark you unrateable.
