My tickets took longer than expected to be confirmed. I emailed the site with my concern of not being notified and I received a promt response answering my questions and providing me with an update. When issues like this arise with online orders I often find getting answers to be difficult, the communication from the customer service rep, Ashlee, helped put my mind at ease.

Nothing in particular. I was a bit stressed for some time because after I made payment I kept receiving emails that my order would be cancelled for non payment. When I responded to these emails I would be told not to respond because it cause confusion since every response seem like a new query. I’ve purchased tickets from F1 directly before and the process was seamless, maybe I got stressed my the emails which I wasn’t supposed to respond to but how would I know what to do? Otherwise the service wasn’t bad. Now I’m looking forward to receiving my tickets, perhaps in early May
