Took a while to get the tickets F1, but that due to the F1 organization itself. The communication with Motorsport Tickets was perfect, clear and as promised. All good.

Got the tickets with a huge delay. Costumer service not good, they left me without explanations for days.

Good evening! Thank you for the fast response and for the refund of the second order. I would kindly like to disagree with the statement you made about my mistake. Firstly, I didn’t make a mistake, I wasn’t informed in any way when making the order that there would be a 72 hour waiting interval for the confirmation, which then led to me making the second order and respectively making a third ticket purchase from another provider. Had I been informed or received any type of notification or confirmation of my purchase I would have made a second purchase (what you referred to as my “mistake”) and furthermore I wouldn’t have purchased the tickets from another provider. Seeing that you were able to refund the second order I kindly ask you to find a solution for the first order as well. Good evening

Just got my tickets today and I can happily report that Motorsport Ticket did exactly as they said and got me my tickets two weeks in advance of the event. The online purchase was straightforward and it was easy to complete the purchase. The only reason for 4 stars is that while the email saying my order was received was detailed, the email confirming my order didn't repeat the details of my order. So until they arrived today, I was paranoid that maybe there would be a mistake with the tickets. Small repetition of info would be easy to add just for paranoid people like me.

Die Abwicklung ging schnell. Jetzt warte ich auf die Tickets. Angegeben war, dass die Tickets 4-6 Wochen vorher versendet werden. Jetzt sind es noch 3 Wochen bis Le Mans 2025. Ich hoffe, es klappt...

Bestellung hat gut geklappt, Zusendung der Tickets war zeitgerecht, nur die zusätzliche Manipulationsgebühr von € 11,-- haben mich ein wenig erstaunt, da schon eine Service- und Liefergebühr von € 70,-- verrechnet wurde und die Tickets per Mail geschickt wurden, also wofür ??

Used service a few times now I’ve found no problems with it. Tickets have been sent promptly and have had no issues with using them at the track. I will definitely use it again for future tickets. Very pleased.
