Good evening! Thank you for the fast response and for the refund of the second order. I would kindly like to disagree with the statement you made about my mistake. Firstly, I didn’t make a mistake, I wasn’t informed in any way when making the order that there would be a 72 hour waiting interval for the confirmation, which then led to me making the second order and respectively making a third ticket purchase from another provider. Had I been informed or received any type of notification or confirmation of my purchase I would have made a second purchase (what you referred to as my “mistake”) and furthermore I wouldn’t have purchased the tickets from another provider. Seeing that you were able to refund the second order I kindly ask you to find a solution for the first order as well. Good evening
