I contacted rope and sail to have a cover made for my garden furniture. They were so helpful and explained really clearly what information they needed. I was able to go into the office to have a look at the different materials they had quoted me so I knew what I was getting. The cover fits the furniture so well… the material seems very strong and workmanship is spot on. I’m very much hoping this will last a lot longer than the poor efforts I’ve had from other places which usually last a few months. Communication was great and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Communication from Montrose Rope and Sail was excellent, they were so easy to deal with. Before the cover was made, they asked me to send images of the furniture to ensure a perfect fit. I received the cover in good time and was well packaged. The measurements are exact, and the cover fitted the furniture perfectly. I am very pleased with the material it looks and feels very strong in fact, far superior to the one that was ripped in several places (despite a non-rip guarantee). This weekend it as done nothing but rain here on the holiday park and the wind has never let up. The cover is still in place, and I look forward to many years of its use. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for its products and services.

Had a sofa cushion that had been ripped and the zip was burst, we couldn’t find anyone to fix it until I had contacted rope and sail. Pete was super helpful and Ritchey fixed it in no time and made it look good as new! Will definitely use them again.
