Our initial enquiry for an outdoor furniture cover was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Peter. Thankfully he queried my initial sizes when he saw the photo. The made to measure cover arrived promptly and fits beautifully. It is of very good quality and will protect our table and chairs from the changeable Scottish weather.

We contacted Montrose Rope & Sail to enquire about making a cover for our garden furniture. From the initial contact they came across as very professional, always promptly responding to our emails and letting us know what information they required. They asked for photos to check that they had everything they needed to design & make a custom cover, so that gave us confidence they knew exactly what they were dealing with. Indeed other companies we were considering were quickly dismissed as they didn’t just didn’t seem to be on the same level (or anywhere close) Peter answered all of our queries and came up with the design which we agreed worked best for our furniture. We were also sent fabric samples, in fact nothing seemed too much trouble. We placed our order and our cover was dispatched sooner than we expected. We are delighted with both the quality and fit, the workmanship seems 1st class. We wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Montrose Rope and Sail based upon our experience and we will definitely use them again. Thank you again for your great customer service and quality product, we are very happy with it.
