Beware of their PLAY TO EARN reward program don’t spend your own money! Don’t rely on their customer support or advocates either.

So this has been going on since May 9th. I completed a Play to Earn task with the promise of reward points. Everything was okay at first when the payouts were small but when I actually INVESTED my money to earn a little more everything started going wrong. Everytime I completed a milestone on one of the games to earn the rewards it didn’t payout the promised rewards and I would have to contact support and wait days to get a response or the reward. The third time this happened and I had to contact support (again this took multiple calls and chats on their app) I asked to speak to a supervisor“JOVER” was his name I made sure to ask if this was fixed because the next milestone I reached was the final one for this game called coin masters and I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have to go through this and he told me yes we figured it out now it should be working fine. I believed them and put my last $75 (that may not seem like a lot to all of you but it hurt me bad but I needed the payout) into the game to get to level 200 for the promised payout of $211.35 and when I reached it nothing happened. I waited the recommended 48 hours before contacting them even though I desperately needed it. When I made a ticket on Wednesday June 11th I kept getting blown off basically and told it could take 3-5 business days to fix so I called every other day just for updates because they promised to email me some but NEVER DID. After the 5th day I was sent to their so called customer advocate “Ms. Shandra” because I wanted to hurry it along/file a complaint since then she has sent me 2 emails saying basically “we are trying/sorry” never asked a single question or answered to any of my concerns(I’ve sent a lot of emails and the number she has goes straight to voicemail) The worst part is that the reward had a time limit and it ran out a few days ago and after it ran out the pay out went from $211.35 to $30.75 AND GUESS WHAT the day after it magically allowed them to send me the payment, but guess what happened IT ONLY PAID THE $30.75 not even half of what i put in the game and still haven’t heard a word from Shandra this is completely unfair and they are blatantly trying to wait me out in hopes I will just leave it alone but I can’t it is so wrong and I just want what I earned. Please don’t trust them on a lot of things they say and when something goes wrong their customer service just seems like they want to calm you down to make you leave them alone just for now and it’s like that everytime you call/chat.
