Dommage que ce soit le groupe Proximus...

Je suis sure que cette boîte est très bien, mais malheureusement, ils font partie du groupe proximus et dépendent de leurs techniciens... Cela fait depuis mars que je tente de passer chez Mobile Vikings, mais pour ça, installation obligatoire de la fibre. Et malgré tous les efforts du service client (adorables, au demeurant), impossible de faire passer l'installateur à mon adresse... Ce sont des installateurs proximus, qui se désistent, ne préviennent pas et ne viennent jamais au rdv. J'aimerais vraiment pouvoir dire du bien de Mobile Vikings, mais vues les circonstances, cela devient compliqué, et ce, entièrement à cause de leur rachat par proximus...

Mon épouse était en france et son forfait a été expiré. or elle a un abonnement avec la possibilité de dépasser son forfait. Elle fut bloquée car ne savait pas télécharger son billet retour. J'ai téléphonner au sav, qui me dit qu'il ne savait rien faire car une facture n'était pas encore payée (or domiciliation, et date non dépassée). Je demande comment on peut ajouter de la data meme en payant. Impossible et impossible de discuter avec un responsable. a fuir

Kan op elk moment een ander abonnement nemen of vernieuwen, kan mijn facturen halveren via viking deals of zelfs op nul zetten door via deze weg aankopen te doen. Bij een vraag krijg ik altijd zeer snel antwoord of een oplossing.

Awful charge and helpdesk

I used a prepaid SIM from Mobile Vikings from Oct 2020 - Sep 2023 when I worked in Belgium. I left for good since then and stopped using the SIM card on 28 Sep 2023. After almost 2 years, I received an email with a letter from a law firm, stating that I have a fine from Mobile Vikings (40 euro) that is long overdue, and if I don't pay the fine in 14 days, there will be serious legal actions against me. I wrote back and never get a reply. I contacted the helpdesk of Mobile Vikings, and got a reply that they cannot assist me since my case is already with the law firm. I asked if they can officially terminate my account, even though on the website, they stated that prepaid SIM will be terminated as long as we stop topping up. I don't want them to see me as their client and keep sending me a fine years later thinking that I use their service without paying. He never replies. It's ridiculous and horrible to be charged after I left a country for 2 years, and I have NEVER received any message, email or letter that I was continue being charged by Mobile Vikings. If I pay the fine this time, is Mobile Vikings going to repeat it, since they NEVER want to guarantee that everything will be settled as long as I pay this fine? Terrible and dirty!
