It was an all round excellent experience!
Fantastic experience from the onset. Very easy platform to use & great communication from the team. I forgot a couple of details but they sorted it all out. Transaction was quick from sending the phones to money in the bank. Great price offered. Highly recommend Mobile Monster to anyone wanting to sell their phones. Easy and great cash rates for selling old phone
This was my first time using mobile monster to sell my old phone. Easy to get a quote, amazing price quoted compared to other businesses. Agreed on terms and posted old phone, excellent communications on progress and quick money transfer to my bank account. Would definitely use again to see old phones.

Amazing service!
The process for selling my phone was incredibly straightforward and clearly explained on the website. I was thrilled to receive money for a very well-cared-for phone that might have otherwise sat in a drawer! The price guidelines were clear, and I received exactly what was anticipated. My only suggestion would be to send an email alerting customers when payment has been made. It was, though, a lovely surprise to find the money in my account! Will definitely use Mobile Monster again!

After my devices being received over 9…
After my devices being received over 9 days ago and my order being processed, I am still waiting on any payment. I emailed 3 times with no reply, until I advised I was taking it to the ombudsman, and even then I got a stock standard reply. My husband was going to send in 2 phones a tablet and watch and now he will not. I work in management of a customer service company and I would have to say this is some of the worst service I have ever received .
