After my devices being received over 9 days ago and my order being processed, I am still waiting on any payment. I emailed 3 times with no reply, until I advised I was taking it to the ombudsman, and even then I got a stock standard reply. My husband was going to send in 2 phones a tablet and watch and now he will not. I work in management of a customer service company and I would have to say this is some of the worst service I have ever received .
