Selling Mobile Phone
The register/selling on the mobile monster web page was easy and clear. I chose to hand in my phone personally to mobile monster. It was a bit difficult to find their office in Melbourne CBD but once I reached there, it was smooth handover. Received money to my account after 10 days. I think service was good.

MM payed me $100 more than Optus for my…
MM payed me $100 more than Optus for my iPhone 11. The process was easier and cost free as they sent me a postage free envelope. They were always in touch with me by email throughout the process. I was paid on time in cash directly to my bank account. Optus would have provided an online Visa. My daughter was worried it was a scam. It certainly wasn’t. MM did everything they promised. Well recommended.

A great experience
A very positive experience selling my Samsung Galaxy S22 with Mobile Monster. Took a little while to receive my phone sachet to post my phone to them, but once they received my phone payment was processed within 5 business days to my Account. Would definitely use them in the future.
