Great communication and understanding of what it is going through the process
Very happy with my experience with Minster Law. There was plenty of information provided to assist in my understanding of the claims process and I was kept updated at every stage. I felt I could contact them if I needed to and any questions I had were answered. I would recommend them and request them again should I need to. Many thanks for all your help.

After being giving the running around and being passed on from one Incompetent lawyer to the next going to hospital for scans and CBT my daughter is still in the dark after being involved in a car accident after some did a hit a run. Lauren Morley has failed to respond to any follow up emails, you ring the number and no one picks up, poor customer service, no communication, Minster Law just doesn't care about their customers at all. I wonder how many false reviews have been added to Tripadvisor. I'm sure they'll get there commision on a poor case handling if they even support us. Not surprised on how people can drive around with no insurance knowing companies like these will drag their feet. Here's Minster Law mission statement on their website. There was a slow start to my case after my accident in April 2023 and know one seemed to know what was going on for over a year! If the case handler I ended up being assigned to after all this hadn’t been so great I wouldn’t have given such a great review. As soon as my case was taken over by Mark B at Minster Law , it was soon running smoothly. He very kindly gave me his direct email and number so I could contact him when needed. He was apologetic about it having taken so long, for the mishaps and misinformation that I was given prior to him taking over. It’s taken just over two years to settle the injury claim - as I understand it would have been a lot quicker and thankfully I had Mark working on my case. He updated me frequently and responded to any of my queries extremely quickly. Thanks Mark for turning an initial bad experience into a good one.
A team of true hard working professionals who inspire me with trust and confidence. Clients needs are put first and regular updates are offered. All questions are answered and responses a clear. I feel that I am in ‘safe hands’ and do not have anything negative to report.

No communication skills at all. Waiting for months for any kind of update or any form of contact, for them to request the same information over and over despite me giving it months ago. I can never speak to anybody as they are only there 9-5 and I also work so can't get through. They question things I said in a really condescending a d patronising tone, basically calling me a liar, even though I advised their phone operators exactly what happend, but they can't seem to make accurate notes. A simple case has taken over 6 months. If it was a choice and not through my insurance I would have fired them months ago. Absolutely abhorrent
Minster Law was really on the top of my case, kept me updated on a regular basis even though it lasted a long period of time but now eventually it’s all being settled. I am very grateful for all the patience and help was provided all along! Thank you!

The settlement I received for my car accident didn't even cover my loss of earnings. Medical was a sham turned up twice to be told there was nothing booked in. same for my partner every time we tried to ring we were cut off.do not use this company if your insurance company puts you on to them.use an alternative. From start to finish, this firm has helped me so much with my personal claim after a motorcycle accident. Aqeel Kazmi is a credit to his craft, kept me informed and was very patient with my never ending questions. I hope I never need this service again but in the event that I do I hope it's as good as they have been with me.
Following a road crash in March 2024 Minster Law handled my claim. At first my claim handler was Jamie but when it became clear I was seriously injured my case was handled by Julie. Julie contacted me, introduced herself and arranged a home visit. I found Julie to be professional, knowledgeable and caring. She kept in contact with me regularly, keeping me updated and introduced me to a rehabilitation organisation. If I could give an award it would be to Julie Loftus she saw my claim through to fruition. Thank you Minster Law and Thank you Julie Loftus.
