MindStir Media™ - Award-Winning Self-Publishing Company Reviews

My agent told me to go with this hybrid publisher outfit because i was having trouble getting a traditional deal. Suffice it to say i am glad i listned to my agent and worked with MINDSTIR MEDIA a hybrid leader in the industry.

MY Experience with Mindstir Media has been A+ one and everyone i have shown the book to says good things about it. I am happy content with my experience....I will be recommending.

My books were delivered five days earlier than what they originally told / quoted to me.

The Best Publishing Experience I have had with any Publishing House. This is the place you want to go if you want to keep your rights and keep a larger percentage of royalties.

MY Stories .. they are like my babies — so when I hired Mindstir Media it was like handing over my first born .. thankfully they didn’t disappoint and did a GREAT JOB.👏

This is my second reorder of my books. They came in lightning fast and in great condition. A happy customer!!!!!!!!!

These guys might be the best in the business as far as I’m concerned they truly help you publish like a pro …… I know for a fact if they treat you like they did me they will make your book look like a million bucks. 💰

Author website was built within a week.THis is a huge upgrade from my old website. Kudos to the design team.

I spent a lot of time writing my manuscript, so I was not going to hand it just anyone. I did hours of research and found MINDSTIR MEDIA to bi a Great match. This proved to bi true as we went through the process as well. They did everything they promised and then some.

I’ve been in customer service a long time and MINDSTIR MEDIA PUBLISHERS clearly knows how to handle a customer. Not only did they share expectations early on of what I should expect with each point of the process they also delivered on time at each juncture. Brynna was a sweetheart which made my experience more than pleasant ….. if I had other books I would absolutely 1000% come back to them for assistance.

I’M A SATISFIED CUSTOMER ..a repeat customer who has MindStir Media working on two books at this time. I told myself that the only way I wouldn’t go back with them for a Book 3 is IF they let me down and they have not let me down as of today. I’m a self proclaimed perfectionist so that means alot.

FIRST they delivered as promised …. SECOND during the production process if anything goes wrong they correct it right away … Third I genuinely like the people assigned to my project.

Working with MindStir Media on my book has been nothing short of incredible. From day one, their team has shown unmatched professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion for helping authors succeed. Bestselling author and CEO of MindStir, J.J. Hebert, even personally provided expert mentorship and guidance to me that is invaluable. Every part of the publishing process has been handled with precision and care. As an author, it can be daunting to choose the right publishing company, but MindStir Media has exceeded my expectations at every turn. They've kept communication clear and timely, provided expert guidance, and made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. The cover and interior layout they designed for my book is absolutely stunning and reflects the high-quality work MindStir Media is known for. If you are searching for the best book publisher that will treat your book like their own masterpiece, I can’t recommend MindStir Media enough. They don’t just publish books; they help authors bring their vision to life with excellence.

At nearly 70 years of age, I decided to write stories about the strong women in my family. These women of grit and strength raised me, and I wanted to share their amazing stories of survival, family love and generational wisdom…a tribute to my mother and grandmother who survived the Dust Bowl and the Great Depression. After finishing their stories, the challenge was now to find a publishing company who would make my dream become a reality. There are numerous companies available to print and produce your book. When speaking with Christen (representative from MindStir Media), she took the time to answer all my questions. First impressions matter, and Christen was courteous and knowledgeable. I was not pressured, but persuaded…a decision that was based on integrity and honesty. I began my exciting journey with MindStir Media in August 2023. Three weeks later, my brother was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic and lung cancer. It was now critical that this project be handled with urgency. My brother did not have much time. I wanted him to see the book I had written about our mother and grandmother before he passed. The MindStir team members were in close communication with me, ensuring each detail was as I wanted…JJ Hebert, Christen, Ashley, Jason, Monica, and all who worked on my book, were more than ‘people’ from a large publishing company, but my extended family. My brother held the completed book (“Firewood and Christmas Potatoes”) in his hands while in the hospital, one week before he died (December 7, 2023). I have recently had my second book published by MindStir Media (“Grandma’s Bucket of Mercy”) on May 16, 2025. Each experience was just as supportive and positive! I wholeheartedly recommend MindStir Media for any and all of your publishing needs. All the best, Robin Carole (Spokane, Washington)
