After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

First class !! Phoned am and they had their engineer out in the afternoon, Jim Bain could not fault him and felt at ease with him being in my home , fixed the issue in no time, would most definitely recommend this company

Called Mike and he came same day in the pouring rain (monsoon) explained exactly what the problems I was having, gave me options of how he could correct them and the pro's and con' and did not pressure for any choice was not all about the cost. I chose to replace the old aerials etc and was really happy with the price. Mike did an Excellent job that was difficult due to positioning and cables. So friendly and professional I would recommend to everyone
Rude person who Came into my house as I had a problem with the internet he mentioned he didn’t deal with the internet fair enough but he was just not friendly I will never contact this company again ! Although I might had a problem with the tv Arial too but he couldn’t wait to leave my property . Never again !
Excellent service From the moment I contacted Lisa via WhatsApp to explain that I wanted, a 55 inch TV mounted on our wall upstairs, To engineer Scott coming to our house the morning after, to give us a quote and explaining what they could do Then engineer Darren coming 3 hours later to do the job, going the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job, mounting onto a thin wall, All work done within 24 hours of making contact Price very reasonable, All 3 people sociable and polite, Will use again in future if need that type of work done again Would recommend to anyone Thanks Shaun and Karen
