Excellent and friendly service

After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.

Service was speedy and effortless

Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Engineer Ryan Lyon

Ryan Lyon came to sort our TV out, tested,retuned with the help of a booster unit he fitted,did an excellent job. He was a really friendly nice guy and explained every thing as he did it. Highly recommended. Well done!!

No show twice then ghosted

Would have liked to give experience about the install, but after no showing twice, calling after the time window to say they couldn’t make it, then not even bothering to call me a third time to try and rearrange, I can’t. I hate websites that make you think they are local. Keep your money local and do a better job of googling a company than I did.

repeated no show

Can't say I'm impressed after two no-shows on two successive days (each 'arranged' the day before). Poor communications within the company and then inconsistent to me. Got one apology/re-arrange but they didn't bother on the 2nd day. Very disappointing and a waste of time and effort all round. 2 stars only feels about right for the no shows - They had agreed to these times. An installer that says they will turn up, has vague communications and then doesn't isn't a lot of use really..

Following a reoccurrence of a problem of signal failure with my aerial I contacted Mike Harris Aerial and Satellite. My call to Mike Harris Aerials was dealt with efficiently and an engineer arrived at my home in less than two hours to work on the difficulties and problems I had been experiencing. Chris Smith was extremely thorough in all his work - investigating, testing, explaining and suggesting options to resolve the problem. He did not rush, but worked solidly and meticulously for three and a half hours, replacing the aerial with a Freesat Dish and two Freesat Boxes for the two TVs. How refreshing it was to have someone come in to the house who was pleasant, courteous and knew what he was talking about and whose work was exceptionally good. What a relief for me to just sit down in the evening, switch the TV on, with no more pixelating images, but to have relaxed viewing with a digitally sharp picture - bliss. A positive experience. It's a thumbs up from this customer!
