After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

After giving up trying to sort my tv connection out in my new house, I relented and decided to get the experts in. I had prompt communication from the company, and the next day I had a new aerial fitted and a working TV! I feel bad as I didn’t get his name, but the engineer who came was extremely friendly, professional and didn’t give up when my aerial installation looked a bit trickier than most. He was a credit to the company and real pleasure to meet.
Everything was great no problems the engineer was polite and informative on what he was doing
Very impressed with Colin, the engineer who sorted out my satellite tv issue. He was very clear about the costs and was efficient in replacing the dish and cables and extremely courteous.
This company attended my property promptly after my enquiry was made and within a few hours my tv was picture perfect , Darren the engineer went above and beyond in terrible weather conditions and strong winds to complete this job to 100% satisfaction , he was courteous polite and very tidy. Cannot fault on anything, worthy of 5 stars. Highly reccomend.
Phoned company at 9am and by 11am engineer had visited and fitted new box to outside aerial and retuned my TV. £168 supplied and fitted. Young man was polite and courteous and was respectful of property. I would recommend using this company
