After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Instant reply to my request. Aerial fitter(David) contacted me shortly thereafter, turned up 20mins later and then....job carried out timeously, perfectly, efficiently, etc. I live in a red sandstone tenement, 2 floors up, however this did not faze David and he fitted a new aerial, albeit it was hard work for him. All this within no time at all and within 3 hours of my original enquiry the job had been done, leaving a very happy customer, and worth every penny I paid. Can't sing the praises of this company, and David, any higher.

Guaranteed to arrive on time says advert. Great reviews too. Booked a week in advance so plenty of notice. I got a phone call at 8.45am to say they would be with me between 1 and 5pm. It's my one day off in week so made sure I was home for 12.40. At 4.45 got a call to say they weren't coming. When said I was working the next day he just said did I want to cancel the job like he really wasn't bothered.Wow beyond fuming.
Engineer arrived much later than originally planned and communication could have been better. Having said that, once the engineer arrived, the service was excellent. Everything was explained, costed options given and despite it being an awful afternoon, the engineer took care not to make a mess in the house. Very pleased with the outcome.
Prompt response he was on time done a great job, I would recommend him to anyone.
Emailed my enquiry and got a response almost immediately. I was given the chance for a quote the same day which was awesome. Also if I was happy work done there and then. Having done research on price I thought it was a fair quote. Simon (Simo) was clearly very experienced and pleasant to talk to. He showed me and explained all his work which I appreciated. All very good.
Service was really professional. They managed to fit us in even quicker than we expected, only took 45 minutes to install and we had a working aerial with great signal. Engineer was really friendly and pleasant to work with. Great value for money and it's good to know that we are protected for a year.
4 appointments made and 4 'no shows' 3.5 days waiting, waiting and waiting! Extremely poor communication. Promised morning appointments and these were changed to afternoon without letting me know. Then on 2 occasions after 4pm and waiting in all day, was informed the engineer wasn't coming. After 4th missed, promised morning appointment, I rang to find out where the engineer was. I was told he would be there later in the afternoon. Fed up I told them to cancel and was promised customer services would ring regarding my grievance. I received a call at 1648 asking if I had cancelled the job. "Yes" I replied and was told that was fine. I said not so and relayed the sorry, unsatisfactory story. A lame, corporate apology was all I got! Shame a rating of zero isn't available!
Phoned up and 3~ hours later the engineer was out. Service provided was excellent, explained every step of the way and what the error was (water damaged cable and booster) made sure I was happy with work carried out and checked to make sure work done was satisfactory. The engineer was friendly, chatty and informative.
Great service same day. 100% professional, would fully recommend.
