After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Contacted Aerial and Satellite Express who are offering a service to install anti pigeon spikes to my tv aerial. Arranged a next day appointment to get a quote, and as agreed the engineer telephoned next morning to confirm a convenient time. Jim turned up as expected, gave me an acceptable quote and even applied a 25% discount for being a previous customer. Work carried out professionally and efficiently. Very happy with the service and no reservations in recommending this company.
Appreciated the pre-visit communications. Mr. Bain was quick, efficient and helpful in all respects, even to the extent of spotting and implementing an improvement in plug layout AFTER payment had been made! I mean, who does that? No, excellent all round, and did much, much more than I expected.
I have no hesitation recommending Mike Harris aerials I called about a broken aerial thursday afternoon and it was fixed on Friday morning fantastic quick response the engineer who completed the job was very knowledgeable and polite there was no mess....grateful company.
Phoned re a problem with my tv not picking up a signal,the engineer arrived,checked out the problem,and repaired the fault which was a broken arial due age.The engineer explained everything,was very knowledgeable and polite,and had my tv up and running in no time.Certainly use them again.
