After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Same day we rang appointment came at the given time very pleased with everything he did a true professional. Very pleasant chap and explained what he was doing being very old pensioners we were very satisfied in every way.
Very professional, explained everything, never felt we were being overcharged. Respectful to how he worked around the property checking sockets etc. Would recommend
The engineer was polite, professional and took pride in his workmanship. I trusted him to do a good efficient job and he ensured that the TV was tuned in before he left.
The chap turned up a little later than He said he would.. But He provided a first class refit of a New Aerial to pickup LOCAL NEWS.. Not Birmingham.. Very polite and understanding done an absolutely fantastic job... Well Happy,, So much So,, Within half an hour of the job completion.. I text the eldest son to recommend your company...
The customer service experience was so disappointing on 3rd of May 2024, and I received a telephone call from the Company in mid May (approximately) informing me that "as a goodwill gesture, I would receive a substantial discount on future repairs and a monetary payment for the inconvenience caused etc., it's now July and I have still not received any payment. My point is that it still broken promises of services offered.
Gary is so pleasant and explained the process very clearly after diagnosing the issue. He was very quick and efficient. Excellent service!!!
