After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience! From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and high quality. The engineer arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The service was done quickly and neatly, with no mess left behind. My TV signal has never been better, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. The pricing was fair, with no hidden costs, and I really appreciated the friendly customer service. Job done professionally no problems cleaned up after himself very good
11/12/24 - Made appointment several times and they failed to turn up. Eventually arrived and I should have turned them away. Foot through ceiling, gutter destroyed, and left with weak signal. Very poor job. 03/06/25 - lots of chasing to get the fixes for the above issues which they failed to fully resolve. I will not be using again!
Arrived Promptly next day after one last minute cancellation so 4 star for promptness. The workman who came was very friendly 5 star. Cost 400+vat for fixing Starlink on the chimney. Not necessarily what I would call cheap. It is 8% maligned and could have been positioned to the back of the chimney for aesthetic reasons. Also long loop of extra wire hanging next to it. So zero star for this .
