After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

The initial call handler was very helpful and friendly. A day and time was arranged. The engineer explained what needed done and answered all questions. He later showed the visible water damage which had been done to the old cable. He also pulled up the technical info on our tv to show the tv aerial signal was now at 100%. Would highly recommend this company from our dealings with them
