After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Prompt, courteous, efficient, gave price and options and repaired then and there and gave a years garenttee.
The engineer came to my home a couple of days before Christmas and fitted a replacement satellite dish. He was professional and friendly and solved my problem quickly.
Aerial mounted on an inadequate bracket pole. only lasted 4 days when it was bent by the wind. This is a very windy location. The previous aerial which had lasted for several years was heavier and denser.I still have no TV since the storm 8 to 10 days ago
