Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Quick replacement
I was given a price which didn’t include vat so higher than quoted.I couldn’t fault the engineer but I certainly paid more than the going rate for a very simple replacement.The old dish was left behind with all the other bits and pieces in my garden I would have expected at that price for all debris to be removed
