Excellent and friendly service

After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.

Service was speedy and effortless

Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Shody workmanship no invoice givenn

I have forgotten what date that the job was done I think it was November last year. The man who did it was on the phone getting instructions all the time. The old cable was left on and hangs down the new cable is also just hanging down not secured. Inside the house where the wall was drilled to bring the cable through, it was filled in with a big blob of something beige coloured. He could have asked me about all the wires behind the TV which were not needed. If I had gone over the quote I would have paid extra. You said invoice would follow did not get one.

Very poor fitter.

He left scrap cable on my drive and in my neighbours garden, and told me to clean it up before he left. I went on the roof to check his work and found he had not used any cable ties, which I fitted myself. Also I think Β£250 was steep for half an hour, will not use him again.
