After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Speedy response, submitted online request last night, they called at 8am to say they could have engineer attend today, Colin called half an hour later to say he would be with me between 10am- 11am. Aerial installed and set up to TV within an hour, no mess. All working fine and hopefully it continues. Bottom of invoice says all future work will be done with 25% discount with reference to your name and invoice number. I will keep that in mind should we need anything else done. Colin was efficient, friendly and lovely to my two young children who were adamant they wanted to watch him and talk at him the whole time.

Excellent job,the technician "L.Lyon"was very professional,he even worked through the rain showers until the job was done,sited and tuned in the dish to perfection,a very satisfying job well done,glad i called Mike Harris.

Quick at responding to my call and engineer came out the same day. Advised we needed a new ariel and could fit it that day. We are intermittently still having issues especially with 1 of our tvs but giving it time before we call them back. Engineer was friendly

Sorry to say that this was a total waste of time: no one hour service as advertised but asked for a time after 3pm. At 4.54pm got a call to say couldn't make it and could do tomorrow morning between 8 am and 12. At 9.07 got a call to say would be there between 3pm and 6 pm. Am stressed as this is a tenanted property and I try hard to get repairs done asap, and, like most people, have other commitments which have to be cancelled/put on hold or attended to, n order to wait around for workmen. My choice, I know but, when a whole day has been rearranged and other people inconvenienced, it is not funny. Would definitely not recommend

Having decided to abandon Sky due to cost, I got a quote from Mike Harris for installing a freesat system and a new digital tv aerial with splitter/booster. The engineer was polite and helpful. The whole job was completed with little inconvenience. Delighted with service.

Charged Β£90 to repair weak signal. There web site says they diagnose, give a quote and then it's up to the customer if they wish to continue. However, he told me it was just a couple of wires that were touching the fitting (took a couple of mins to move them) and then charged me for a general repair. Tv was working though , so paid up. Within a couple of days same problem returned. Booked them to come back and they rang to cancel at 5pm on the day. Booked another day and 10am on the day they cancelled again, re-booked. 10.00am on that day, guess what? They cancelled again. My advice is avoid at all cost.

Prompt service. Quite expensive, we thought. New aerial required as t.v was pixellating and then no signal. Engineer was o.k, if a bit pushy. He said the new aerial should be tried out in the back garden first. He installed it against a fence on a 6 ft pole and wired round the backof the garden. It worked well. Sadly we had neighbours call the next day to say they were very unhappy with the positioning of the aerial as it marred their view. I don't think we can do anything about this.
